Consultation and Practice Building Group for Early Career Psychologists (ECPs)

Currently accepting submissions of interest for this new group that will begin in the fall of 2026. This group is appropriate for early career psychologists who have been licensed for 1 - 5 years and are working in their own practice, considering making the transition to their own solo or group practice, or finishing a PostDoc and licensing hours and wondering about next steps. It will be led by Dr. Nichols and will meet monthly for 90 minutes unless there is demand for more frequency. Drawing on his experience in university, hospital, and private practice settings, Dr. Nichols will provide practical guidance and foster peer support for clinicians at all stages of early career development who are seeking to build a successful, sustainable, and fulfilling career in private practice. More details to come, but essentially the mission of this group is to address everything you wanted to know about life in private practice, but were afraid to ask!
